The CPT Brian Faunce Memorial Fund has made annual donations to the Pennsylvania Wing of the Civil Air Patrol since our inception in 2004. The Civil Air Patrol, chartered by Congress in 1946, is charged with three missions:
- To promote aviation and aerospace education.
- To provide a training program to support the nation's youth in contributing to society and preparing for successful adult lives.
- To provide search and rescue and disaster relief missions, as well as homeland security operations and exercises.
Brian joined the Civil Air Patrol in middle school, and quickly developed an avid interest in mountaineering and military leadership. His memorial fund is honored to help support CAP's Pennsylvania Wing and their Ranger School in Hawk Mountain, PA.
